Delivery & Returns
All orders are dispatched using DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of your order.
Tracking numbers are added to your shipping details which can be tracked online unless it is being sent with Royal Mail (light weight orders such as air fresheners etc). You can upgrade your standard delivery to a tracked delivery if the option is available.
All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed (except Thursdays) and are generally delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Please note that sometimes deliveries are delayed due to circusmtances not in our control (courier delays, staff shortages etc).
Please note that if you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times, we will notify you if this is the case.
Note: Number plates are produced on queue system based on the prodcution time you choose when placing your order. This is anywhere from 1-14 working days and therefore these are dispatched accordingly. Once dispatched, they are generally delivered the following working day (weekends and bank holidays not included). Please note that sometimes deliveries are delayed to circusmtances not in our control (courier delays, staff shortages etc).
We offer 30 days returns on all products as long as they are returned unopened and unused in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for returns postage cost unless the product has arrived damaged/faulty.
No returns are accepted on number plates due to being made as requested therefore please ensure you have checked over your details before submitting as this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
